Hesheng Company is located in the Industrial Development Zone of Daixi Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province (beside National Road 104), with very convenient transportation.

The company covers a land area of approximately 33,000 square meters, has 500 employees, and features a Class 100,000 cleanroom-level dust-free printing and lamination workshop. It is equipped with advanced equipment and automated assembly line operations, along with the aforementioned high-standard dust-free printing and lamination workshop. The company owns 85 sets of domestically advanced injection molding machines from brands such as Haitian and Toshiba, all fitted with five-axis servo product take-out robots. It is also furnished with 20 PET bottle-blowing units (including 1 ASB one-step unit), 14 sets of high-speed printing and hot stamping lines, 8 servo printing machines, 5 semi-automatic printing and hot stamping devices, 10 PE bottle-blowing machines and supporting equipment, as well as an integrated automated production assembly line.

In addition, the company possesses a variety of advanced processing equipment, including CNC machines, CNC lathes, grinders, milling machines, and EDM machines (Electrical Discharge Machining). It is capable of independently completing the entire process chain, from product design and development, mold manufacturing, injection molding, and bottle blowing to printing. The company can provide customers with ideal plastic composite packaging according to their requirements at any time. Currently, it mainly supplies various plastic packaging materials and accessories for the cosmetics, daily chemical, and food industries.
